- Read or listen to an audiobook
- Meditate
- Call a friend or loved one
- Clean your house/apartment
- Light some candles
- Sage your space
- Listen to your favorite podcasts
- Watch stand up comedy specials
- Go to sleep early
- Cook or bake something
- Journal
- Listen to music
- Put your phone on do not disturb for a few hours
- Give yourself a home pedicure or manicure
- Color in a stress relief coloring book for grown folks
